Why This Is a Rule

You don't close the review until the committed action is physically integrated into the next cycle's plan: the Tuesday morning distribution slot is on next week's calendar, the template has been updated, the workflow has been modified. The Protocol

(3) Integrate the committed action directly: add the calendar block, update the template, modify the workflow step, change the checklist. The change should be visible in the plan, not just noted in the review document. (4) Verify: "If I follow next cycle's plan as written, will this change happen automatically?" If yes, the integration is complete. If no, more structural embedding is needed. (5) Only after the integration is confirmed do you close the review session. The session's output is not "insights gained" but "plan modified."
