Write these nominations on a single page. Look for convergence. Some values will appear in nearly every diagnostic. Others will appear in only one or two. Write each one in a single sentence that specifies not just the value label but what it means to you operationally: not "creativity" but "I prioritize creative work that expresses my genuine perspective, even when safer options are available." If you cannot name one, the value is aspirational, not operative, and it does not belong in your top three.
