In the Updated Identity position, write how your self-concept shifted, even slightly, as a result. Finally, note any new behaviors the updated identity generated that you would not have attempted two weeks ago. If you cannot complete the loop — if the evidence did not update the identity, or the updated identity did not generate new behavior — identify which connection is broken and design one intervention to repair it.
