Why This Is a Principle
This principle extends prediction tracking (L-0156) to track the updating process itself. It derives from Belief Perseverance Against Contradictory Evidence (belief perseverance), Hindsight Bias and Calibration Necessity (memory reconstruction), and Systematic Overconfidence Taxonomy (systematic overconfidence). It prescribes a specific extension to calibration logs that makes updating patterns visible.
