Follows from Illusion of Explanatory Depth (felt understanding vs. articulation) and Automatic Fusion of Observation and Interpretation (observation fused with interpretation). Prescribes specifying falsification criteria as a way to prevent post-hoc rationalization. This is Popperian falsification operationalized.
