Principlev1
Design behavioral systems to be falsifiable by defining
Design behavioral systems to be falsifiable by defining observable success criteria and review cadences to enable improvement through empirical feedback.
Why This Is a Principle
Derives from Hindsight Bias and Calibration Necessity (memory reconstructs systematically requiring external calibration) and Knowledge that exists only in tacit form degrades without (tacit knowledge degrades without detection). The Popper principle applied to personal agents: unfalsifiable agents cannot improve because you cannot measure their firing rate or diagnose failures.
