Principlev1

Before delegating a task, determine whether the task should exist at all to avoid optimizing execution of low-value work.
Why This Is a Principle
Derives from Goals as Perceptual Filters (goals define relevance), Abstraction Necessarily Discards Information (abstraction discards information), and Knowledge that exists only in tacit form degrades without (tacit knowledge degrades). The principle prescribes existence evaluation before delegation. It's Drucker's effectiveness principle made actionable. General and clearly derived.
