Principlev1
Add meta-correction layers that review whether correction
Add meta-correction layers that review whether correction mechanisms themselves are working and adjust them when they fail to prevent recurrence.
Why This Is a Principle
This principle derives from Two-Level Metacognitive Architecture (metacognition has object and meta levels), Double-loop learning requires questioning the framework (double-loop learning questions framework), and Single-loop learning adjusts actions within existing (single-loop adjusts within assumptions, double-loop questions assumptions). The principle prescribes building a second-order correction loop that monitors and adjusts first-order correctors. This is architectural guidance derived from axioms about metacognition and learning levels.
